The Project is beyond thrilled to have Jon “Vasu” Seskevich present a 3-week series on navigating pain and uncertainty.
We are in the midst of what will be remembered as one of the most uncertain times in our lives. For many, our capacity to navigate and sustain through uncertainty has been pushed to its limits.
In this series, attendees will learn strategies to navigate their own short and long-term uncertainties, including recovering from the pandemic, illness, aging and death. These skills and tools have been crafted from the instructor’s clinical practice, National Institutes of Health-funded research, and friendship and mentorship with Ram Dass.
Using lectures, PowerPoint slides, guided practice and facilitated discussion, the course will allow participants to formulate skillful ways to meet uncertainty and decrease stress with a quiet mind and an open heart, both for themselves and in helping others.
Meetings will take place on
Saturday, October 14, 2023 @ 11am PT/ 2pm ET
Saturday, October 21, 2023 @ 11am PT/ 2pm ET
Saturday, October 28, 2023 @ 11am PT/ 2pm ET
Each meeting will be approximately 75 minutes. A private zoom link will be emailed by Thursday, October 12th end of day. This event will be recorded and a link will be sent to all registrants to view up until November 28, 2023.
Jon’s presentations are entertaining, insightful, and inspiring. He will share approaches crafted from his clinical practice, research, and friendships with Ram Dass and Stephen Levine, both of whom were originators of the Living/Dying Project.
Proceeds go to sustain the ongoing work of the Living/Dying Project.
