Defining the meaning of fully conscious dying, RamDev shares the practices that can help all of us meet death with acceptance and awareness.

“It is my deep understanding and belief that when we die, we die into this sense of wide open, non-dual, vast expansiveness.” – RamDev Dale Borglum

In this episode, RamDev elucidates:
  • The stages of becoming fully conscious
  • Approaching death as openly as possible
  • How noticing our sensations around death can lead us to acceptance
  • Softening our ability to be with difficult emotions
  • Preparatory practices for the ultimate surrender
  • The false-self and an over-reliance on our identity
  • Guru Yoga, Forgiveness Practice, and The Dissolving into Space Meditation
  • Being with the beloved and recognizing our oneness with all things
  • Mantra practice as a technique to go beyond duality
  • The importance of devotion and compassion
  • Using Maharaj-ji and Christ as examples of being in love with God

“What we’re exploring here is the possibility of tuning the string on the instrument of your life so that it is resonating in a beautiful way; noticing when it’s too tight, noticing when it’s too loose, coming back again and again to this balance of surrender from the heart.” – RamDev Dale Borglum
